Your Founding Clubs base subscription rate remains locked while your subscription stays continuously active.
The price lock applies to the base OpsHQ subscription. Optional add-ons, exceptional usage, materially higher service requirements and third-party provider charges are not included in the price lock.
OpsHQ Communications includes a reasonable email allowance suitable for normal club newsletters, notices and volunteer communications.
Sending limits may apply during onboarding and may vary according to sender reputation, provider limits and responsible-use requirements.
Higher-volume email delivery can be arranged where needed and may incur additional provider or usage charges.
Standard storage is included for normal organisational records, documents, images and campaign assets.
Very large archives, unusually high media storage or sustained bandwidth use may require an additional storage allowance.
Fair and sustainable
The plans are designed for normal volunteer-organisation operations without per-administrator charges or surprise infrastructure upgrades.
Every OpsHQ subscription includes reasonable storage, email delivery, bandwidth and platform usage for a typical volunteer organisation.
We do not charge per committee member or administrator.
Organisations with unusually high email volumes, storage requirements, bandwidth use or automated processing may require an additional allowance or a separately agreed plan.
We will discuss this with you before introducing additional charges. OpsHQ will not automatically upgrade a paid third-party service on your behalf.
Setup and specialist services
Founding Clubs includes guided initial setup. Standard subscriptions include normal account setup and onboarding guidance. Data migration, extensive configuration and other specialist services may be quoted separately, with approval before any charge.
If extra work is needed, OpsHQ explains the scope, provides a quote or written estimate and obtains explicit approval before starting.

No. We will not automatically upgrade paid third-party services or apply an additional usage charge without discussing it with you, except where immediate technical limits are required to protect security, deliverability or service stability.
Customers may cancel their OpsHQ subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until that date.
Payments already made are not refunded or credited for unused portions of a billing period, except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required by Australian law.

Guided migration may be included for Founding Clubs where it is specifically offered and technically supported. If a migration is unusually large, incomplete or complex, we will scope and quote any exceptional remediation before starting.
